Quick fact: Diversity Spend
How much of a company's spend is with diverse suppliers? Data from the recently completed CAPS Metrics of Supply Management (Cross-Industry) Report indicates an average of 13.3% of total/sourceable spend is with diverse suppliers, across all industries. In the manufacturing, process and services sectors the averages are 10.5%, 10.6% and 17.6%, respectively.
