ABOUT THE HOST
Jennifer D. Nahrgang, PhD, is an Associate Professor of Management and Entrepreneurship in the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. Before her career in academia, Jennifer spent give years working as a financial analyst and financial services supervisor for ExxonMobil Corporation. At Arizona State University, she currently teaches organizational behavior, leadership and team development topics in the full-time MBA program as well as in Executive Education programs with clients such as Mayo Clinic, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Arizona, Salt River Project, and numerous small businesses.
In the area of research, Jennifer focuses on leadership processes and leadership development, team dynamics and effectiveness, and employee voice and engagement where she has published numerous articles in the Journal of Applied Psychology, Personnel Psychology, Organization Science, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, and Leadership Quarterly.
