Putting the Playbook to Work for You
Category Management Virtual Workshop

June 25, 2020 | 9:00am PT (Arizona) / 12:00pm ET

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

Join CAPS for an active, hands-on workshop where we’ll work through the building blocks of category management. Discover other top companies’ best practices and leverage a CPO's tried-and-true category management playbook.

Come prepared to reference your own material and jump into virtual breakout sessions where together we’ll cover internal analysis, external and market analysis, and modeling (should-cost, Porter’s Five Forces, etc.). We’ll follow up after you’ve registered with more information on what to bring. You’ll come away with the framework, best practices, and inspiration to refine your own strategy – your very own playbook.
